Lost World: Attractions (Part 2)

17 - Jurassic World River Adventure
E-Ticket
Must be 42 in.
Travel on the river adventure of Jurassic World, but be warned.....you're gonna get wet.

QUEUE:
Guests enter the attraction through covered pavilions. As they go through, they see models of Jurassic World and signs for the dinosaurs they will see in the ride.....or they're supposed to see. (No spoilers, but not everything goes as planned.) Guests then find the boat, where they get on and lower their lap bars.

RIDE EXPERIENCE:
The boats go up a lift and enter into a building where guests see an exhibit on dinosaurs. They then turn around and enter an aquarium. There, they see a shark, but it is eaten by a mosasaurus, which gets the guests wet. Then, guests exit the building and move through the jungle, encountering a stegosaurus and her baby, as well as some styxosauruses. Guests are supposed to go to another area, but then a parasaurolophus appears and knocks them off course.

The boats then enter Predator's Cove, where the Indominus Rex paddock is open. Nearby is a crashed gyrosphere and some compsognathuses fighting over torn clothing. They pass by an area with a hole, where the Indominus Rex will stick its head in. They then enter a lift, where Claire Dearing tells them not to panic. However, there's one problem: they're heading to the T-Rex kingdom.

When they reach the top, the boats move through a jungle. There, they are spit on by a dilophosaurus. They also pass by Blue the Velociraptor, who calls to them as they pass. As they approach a dead end, they see the Indominus Rex to the left. And if things weren't intense enough, a T-Rex comes out of the dead end and roars. The two predators get into a confrontation, and while they're distracted, the boats plunge down an 85-foot drop. From there, they move through a lagoon and return to the loading station.

POST-RIDE:
Guests get off the boat and enter into Jurassic Outfitters, where they can buy merchandise and see their ride photos.

Across from the river adventure, guests will find a play area for the kids. Here, they can see a playground, a dig site, caves with amber, and more. They might even get good views of the nearby Velocicoaster.
19 - Jurassic World Velocicoaster
E-Ticket
Must be 51 in.
Race along the raptor pack in this thrilling roller coaster, complete with two launches and four inversions.

QUEUE:
Guests find the attraction on the far end of the area near the border with Madagascar. Here, guests walk into the paddock area and see a statue of the four raptors: Blue, Delta, Echo, and Charlie. Guests also see screen videos with Mr. DNA. They then learn about raptor treatment from Dr. Wu as well as see videos where Owen Grady and the others prepare the raptors for the run.

Guests continue through the queue and see lifelike raptors, which vibrate when guests pass them. They then enter a locker area where they can store their belongings. Then, they leave the room and enter the loading area, where they get on the ride.

RIDE EXPERIENCE:
The coaster moves out of the load station and into the launch tunnel. On the sides of the room, guests can see the raptors, ready to run. Then, after a flash, the doors open and the raptors run out, and with it, the coaster. They move into the jungle and go up a hill, immediately turning upside down. They then move down and careen through the rocky area. They go through a second inversion before turning and passing Blue and Charlie. Then, they move around more rocks and pass by Delta and Echo.

As guests enter the building again, they come into a second launch tunnel. This sends them out of the building and up a large hill. At the top, they can see the whole park. They then go down the hill and go through an inverted stall. They turn around the rocky formation that Camp Jurassic is near and then goes over the lagoon. With a barrel roll over it (AKA the "Mosasarurus Roll), they return to the load station.

POST-RIDE:
Guests exit the ride and then get their belongings in the locker room. They then exit through a tunnel and come close to the Raptor Encounter. Guests can see claw marks going all the way over there, thus connecting the two attractions. They can also see a booth where ride photos were taken.
