Must be 48 in.
Hop aboard a time machine for a thrilling race through time, visiting several iconic time periods.

QUEUE:
Guests see a giant roller coaster near the entrance to the land. Here, the outdoor track is covered by a colorful canopy. As guests are drawn to the building, they pass by a model of the Delorean time machine before getting in line. They can also find a nearby locker area to store their belongings while they ride.

As they go through the queue, guests eventually go inside the building. Here, they pass by many of Doc Brown's inventions. Screens overhead feature videos from Doc himself, explaining that they will be testing out a new version of his time machine. This helps set the backstory of the ride.

Before long, they will enter the loading area, where guests board the ride vehicle. They are designed to look like Deloreans, but they have three rows of two per vehicle and three carts, thus fitting up to eighteen people. When they get on, guests pull down their lap bars.

RIDE EXPERIENCE:
The ride moves out of the loading area and into a launch tunnel. Here, Doc makes preparations, and then gives a countdown before the vehicles are launched out of the tunnel and into the canopy. They turn around the area before heading through a tunnel of light. This is supposed to simulate them traveling through time.

The first area they come to is a 1950's timeline. Here, they pass through a town, dodging cars and such. They even go through a drive-in theater where a Sci-Fi B-Movie is playing before jumping again. This time, they go back to the age of the dinosaurs. They pass by some friendly herbivores, including a triceratops, before coming up close with a spineosaurus. They escape it by jumping again, this time to the Old West. they move alongside a moving train and witness a robbery before going into a canyon. Luckily, the cars fly and jump again, going to the Moon landing. Here, they barrel roll through space before landing on the moon's surface and passing Neil Armstrong. Last but not least, they jump again to Ancient Rome, where they are caught in a chariot race. Surprisingly, they win and then head back to the present.

Doc notes how the ride was a success as the vehicles slow down and move back into the loading station. Here, guests get off and exit the vehicle.

During the ride, one of six songs from the 1980's will play:
  • "The Power of Love" by Huey Lewis and the News
  • "Whip It" by Devo
  • "Holding Out for a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler
  • "We Built This City" by Starship
  • "Summer of '69" by Bryan Adams
  • "Separate Ways" by Journey
POST-RIDE:
Guests exit into Time to Shop, a gift shop selling Back to the Future merchandise. This is also where guests can see photos taken of them on the ride, taken during the launch.
